Health All Round, is a health and wellbeing charity supporting surrounding areas of Edinburgh to live longer, healthier lives.
One of there courses is 'Action for Pain' made possible by working in partnership with NHS Lothian, it offers a range of activities for people experiencing chronic pain.
We hear from it's past participants and those who run it now, to promote the service to those across Edinburgh.
